There isn’t much time left to apply for this award, applications have to be postmarked April 1. But if you’ve got three good clips that show excellence in reporting and and understanding of the importance of the free press, you could win $5,000. The Robert Novak Collegiate Journalism Award is run by the Institute on Political Journalism, which has other internships and awards worth keeping an eye on.
